Who

Sergio Giannone spent over fifteen years scaling content across SaaS, tech and retail before specialising in applied AI. He started as a writer, led content at large enterprises, then co-founded two technology startups, and now describes himself as a content engineer.

What Cowritten does

Cowritten builds content engines: the specification, context architecture, workflows and quality gates that let a marketing team produce content with AI at higher volume without losing brand voice or quality. Clients own everything built.

Its named method is the Voiceprint and the Voiceprint Loop. The Voiceprint is a brand’s voice extracted from its existing work and written as measurable, testable rules rather than adjectives. The Voiceprint Loop runs every piece of output through a writer that rewrites against those rules and a grader that scores the result, until it matches the print.

Who it’s for

CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Marketing and Heads of Content who already have a team and know what good content looks like. Most are mid-build: they have tried something with AI, usually in Claude or ChatGPT, and got stuck. This covers scale-ups and enterprises with restrictive tooling and governance.

It is not for teams starting from zero, or for teams with no capacity to own and run what gets built.

The three ways to engage

  • Content Engine Blueprint: 2 to 3 weeks, fixed fee. Every engagement starts here: process mapping, a context and data readiness assessment, the Voiceprint, an engine specification and a staged build plan.

  • Content Engine Build: 8 to 12 weeks, fixed fee. Context architecture, a prompt and skill library, the Voiceprint Loop wired in and running, quality gates, the workflow end to end, and team training.

  • Maintain and extend: monthly retainer, minimum three months. Available after a build: new use cases, monthly quality sampling, voice-drift checks, and model or tool changes absorbed.

No prices are published. The Blueprint is the first phase of delivery: the build has two phases, and specification comes first. Clients who want the Build too can run both as one engagement, the Build quoted against the Blueprint’s specification.

What Cowritten does not do

  • Content as a service or article retainers.

  • Automated posting to personal social accounts.

  • Work with teams that have no capacity to own what gets built.

  • Tool reselling or vendor partnerships.

  • Guaranteed traffic or rankings from generative engine optimisation.

Background and credentials

Certified Content Engineer, awarded by AirOps. Microsoft Most Valuable Professional. Certified Scrum Product Owner. AI Coach at Applied AI Academy, teaching marketing leaders on the Agentic CMO Accelerator.

Past collaborations
